The VCPE Conference is held annually on the Campus of Harvard Business School. Registration takes place in the Williams Room of Spangler Hall at 117 Western Ave, Boston, MA 02163. A map of the area and a map of campus can be found here. A map of Harvard Business School can be found here.



AIR: Campus is about 25 minutes ($35 taxi) from Boston Logan International Airport. 

TAXI: If arriving by taxi, tell the driver “Harvard Business School”. 

CAR/PARKING: Parking is provided on a first come, first served basis in the parking lot behind Spangler. The address of the lot is 117 Western Ave, Boston, MA 02163. (*Please Note: Parking fees are cash only) 

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: The nearest T stops are Harvard Square (10 minute walk) or Central Square (15 minute walk) on the red line. The #70 or #70a bus provides transit from Central Square (get off at Genzyme, the first stop after cross the Charles River).

 BY FOOT: Cambridge is very accessible walking city. To walk to campus from Cambridge, take JFK Street, Western Ave or the Weeks Footbridge.


The club will organize a block of rooms at a discounted rate at a preferred hotel provider for club speakers and panelists.

What meals will be provided?

On Saturday, the conference will provide a light breakfast during registration and bagged lunch for every conference attendee. On campus, food can be purchased from the Spangler Grille. There will also be coffee and snacks provided throughout the day.

Where can I go for other meals, errands, shopping, etc.?

Harvard Square and Central Square (both a 10-15 minute walk from campus) have a diverse collection of restaurants, bars, and shops. See www.harvardsquare.com for a list of restaurants in the area.

What services are available on campus?
