Leadership Team Bios
Pete Suberlak is a second-year student at HBS. Prior to HBS, Pete was an associate at Oaktree Capital in Los Angeles. He previously worked as an investment banking analyst in Credit Suisse’s Financial Sponsors group in Los Angeles. He holds a B.A. in Economics from UCLA.
Rashard Green is a second-year student at HBS. Prior to HBS, Rashard was an associate at The Carlyle Group in Washington, DC. He previously worked as an investment banking analyst in Barclays Industrial group in New York. He holds a B.A. in Public Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Andrea Mihic is a first year MBA student at Harvard Business School. Prior to HBS, Andrea worked in private equity at Warburg Pincus, and, prior to that, in investment banking at Morgan Stanley. Andrea graduated from Duke, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, with B.S. degrees in Neuroscience and Economics. Andrea is Swiss, speaks 5 languages, and spends much of her free time with the Young Associate program at the Metropolitan Opera in New York.
Matthew Wozny is a first-year student at HBS. Prior to HBS, Matthew drove business development as a sales strategist at GenZe, a Silicon Valley-based clean technology start-up. He previously worked as a management consultant at Mahindra & Mahindra. Made in Brooklyn, Matthew graduated from Harvard College with a B.A. in History & Literature.
Alex Thinath's prior experience includes founding an affordable medical device startup based in India and a broad range of work in financial services including corporate strategy, product management, and early stage impact investing. Before HBS, Alex completed a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
Rocio Wu is a first-year student at HBS. Prior to HBS, she was a Go-To-Market Strategist and Product Marketing Manager for various products (Android, Google Play, YouTube, Kindle, E-commerce) between different regions (Madrid, Beijing, Tokyo and San Francisco) at Google and Amazon. Rocio graduated from Shanghai International Studies University in China and Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Spain with a B.A. in International Studies.
Colin Rogister (HBS ’19) previously served in the White House as a Special Advisor in President Obama’s National Economic Council. A Coro Fellows Program in Public Affairs and Teach for America alumnus, Colin earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Alexander Vidiborskiy is a first-year student at HBS. Prior to HBS, Alexander was a senior associate at Runa Capital, $270M early stage VC. He previously worked as a bizdev in startups and R&D associate in an international lab. He holds a highest honors B.S. in microelectronics and an M.S. in physics from National University of Science and Technology MISIS.
Matt Arons is a first-year student at HBS. Prior to HBS, Matt was an associate at Thomas H. Lee Partners in the Consumer & Healthcare Group. He previously worked as an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Consumer, Retail & Healthcare Group. He holds an A.B. from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.
Anastasia Istratova is currently in her first year of studies at Harvard Business School. Previously, she worked in Project Finance at SunPower, a leading international solar developer, where she led transactions totaling over $1.1 billion in debt and equity to fund the construction and operation of solar projects around the country. She holds a BSc in International Business, summa cum laude, from Northeastern University as well as an undergraduate diploma from Reims Management School in France.
